FRAMINGHAM - A ceremony to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the ceasefire that brought an end to the Korean War will be held at the Cushing Memorial Chapel on Sunday, October 1.
The ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. along Dudley Road.
Though the commemoration will be held at the start of October, the Korean War came to a conclusion following the signing of an armistice on July 27, 1953.
